The injection molding machine can produce various spare parts for ceiling lamp panels, mainly including the following:
Lampshade: The external cover of the ceiling lamp panel is responsible for blocking the bulb and scattering light. It is usually made of transparent or translucent materials, such as polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene (PE), etc.
Lamp holder: The part that supports and fixes the light bulb. Common materials include nylon (Nylon) and polypropylene (PP), which have good heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
Heat insulation board: The heat insulation board located between the lamp holder and the lamp shade. It is used to prevent the heat from being transferred to the lamp shade when the bulb is heated. It is usually made of materials with poor thermal conductivity, such as plastic fiber materials.
Bulb holder: The base used to install the bulb, usually made of ceramic or plastic material, has good insulation and heat resistance properties to ensure the safe use of the bulb.
Fixings: The ceiling light panel needs to be installed on the ceiling through fixings such as screws or buckles.
